How To Crochet a Christmas Wreath Coaster



I love making homemade things, particularly around the holidays. Here I am sharing a super easy pattern for this Christmas Wreath Coaster to get you in the festive mood. These will be perfect for a holiday celebration or dinner with the family. 

Decorate your table and seating areas for the holidays with this cute, simple coaster, or if you are looking for a last minute gift there is still time to crochet some of these and gift it to your loved ones.

Materials Used:-
  • Yarn (Green & Red)
  • Crochet Hook





Start with a slip knot.



Round 1:-
12 Double Crochet in the Circle.


Slip stitch on to the first Double Crochet.

Pull the yarn end and close the loop tightly.
Round 2:-

2 Double Crochet in each stitch around.

Slip Stitch on to the first Double Crochet.

You should have 24 stitches at the end of the round.
Round 3:-
Start with Chain 2 or a Standing Double Crochet ((doesn't count as a stitch)
2 Double Crochet in the same stitch.



Chain 1.

Skip a Stitch and 2 Double crochet in the next stitch.


Repeat *(2 Double Crochet,Chain 1, Skip Stitch)

Slip stitch to end the round.
Round 4:-
Start with Chain 2 or a standing Double Crochet.(doesn't count as a stitch) 
1 Double crochet in the same stitch.
1 Double Crochet in the next stitch.
2 Double Crochet in the chain 1 space from the previous round.


Repeat*(1 Double Crochet each in the next 2 stitches, 2 Double Crochet in the chain 1 space)*.


Slip Stitch to end the round.

Round 5:-
Start with Chain 2 or a Standing Double Crochet.(doesn't count as a stitch)
2 Double crochet in the same stitch.
Chain 1.
Skip a Stitch
2 Double Crochet in the next stitch. 



Repeat *(2 Double Crochet , Chain 1, Skip a Stitch)*.

Slip stitch on to the first stitch to end the round.




Add a Bow with a red color yarn.




Or , you can loop a red color yarn through the chain 1 spaces in the 3rd Round.
