Crochet Mini Christmas Ornaments are always super cute. They are super quick and fast makes. They make very beautiful decorations for Christmas Tree and are also great for hanging up on the Mantle and Window space.

With the holiday season going on, there’s something magical about decorating your home with handmade crochet ornaments. Today am sharing the pattern for Easy Crochet Mini Christmas Stocking Ornament. Its a quick working pattern .They make very thoughtful Gift Toppers too.

Materials Used:-

4 Ply Cotton Knitting Yarn

4 mm Crochet Hook

Size:-

3 inches

Abbreviations Used:-

Ch - Chain

St/Sts - Stitch/Stitches

SC - Single Crochet

SC2Tog - Single Crochet 22 Together

Notes:-

• For this whole pattern we wont be making a Slip Stitch. We will be working in continuous Rounds.
• Use a Stitch Marker to keep a track of the stitches.

Lets Start ...!!!!

Round 1:-

Start with a Magic Circle.

Chain 1(Not Counted as a stitch)

6 Single Crochets in the Magic Circle.

Pull the yarn end to close the gap. 

Do Not Make a Slip Stitch, we will be working in continuous Rounds.

Round 2:-

2 Single Crochets in each stitch around.

12 Stitches.

Round 3 to 6:-

1 Single Crochet in each stitch around.

Once you reach the end of Round 6, Chain 1 and turn your work.

12 Stitches.

Round 7:-(This will form the Heel of the Stocking)

1 Single Crochet in each of the 6 Stitches.

Once you reach the end, Chain1 and turn your work.

6 Stitches.

Round 8:-

1 Single Crochet in each of the 5 Stitches.

1 Single Crochet Two Together Stitch in the last Stitch.(**Refer the Tutorial Below)

Once you reach the end, Chain1 and turn your work.

6 Stitches.

How to make the Single Crochet Two Together Stitch(SC2TOG).....?? Here it is...!!!!:-

1. Insert hook into the stitch and pull up a loop (2 loops on the hook).
2. Insert hook into the Base of the stitch(i.e.the Bottom of the same stitch) and pull up a loop (3 loops on the hook)
3. Yarn Over and pull through all the 3 loops on your hook.

Round 9:-

1 Single Crochet in each of the 5 Stitches.

1 Single Crochet Two Together Stitch in the last Stitch.(**Refer the Tutorial Below)

Once you reach the end, Chain1 and turn your work.

6 Stitches.

How to make the Single Crochet Two Together Stitch(SC2TOG).....?? Here it is...!!!!:-

1. Insert hook into the stitch and pull up a loop (2 loops on the hook).
2. Insert hook into the Base of the stitch(i.e.the Bottom of the Previous stitch) and pull up a loop (3 loops on the hook)
3. Yarn Over and pull through all the 3 loops on your hook.

Round 10:-

1 Single Crochet in each stitch around.(i.e.6 Stitches of the Heel and 6 Stitches of the Base)

12 Stitches.

Round 11 to 15:-

1 Single Crochet in each stitch around.(i.e.6 Stitches of the Heel and 6 Stitches of the Base)

While making the last stitch, Change the Yarn Color.

12 Stitches.

Round 16:-

1 Single Crochet in each stitch around.

Once you reach the end, make a Slip Stitch into the 1st Single Crochet.

Hanging Loop:-

Chain 12.(You can alter the chains according to your choice)

Slip Stitch into the same stitch and weave off.

Here is the Summary of the Pattern:-

Round 1:-

How to make the Single Crochet Two Together St(SC2TOG).....?? Here it is...!!!!:-

Insert hook into the St and pull up a loop (2 loops on the hook).

Insert hook into the Base of the St(i.e.the Bottom of the same St) and pull up a loop (3 loops on the hook)

Yarn Over and pull through all the 3 loops on your hook.

Round 9:-

1SC in each of the 5 St.
