Materials Used:-
- Yarn (Red)
- Sparkle Yarn (Green)
- Crochet Hook
Here is the Video Tutorial :-
Round 1:-
Round 1:-
Start with a Magic Circle.
Chain 2.(Count this as 1 Double Crochet)
2 Double Crochet.
Chain 5.
Repeat (3 DC, Chain 5) 4 more times.
The Chain 5 will make the 5 points of the star.
Slip stitch on top of the chain 2 to end the round and pull the yarn end tightly to close the gap.
Change to Green Yarn when making the slip stitch. This will make the color transition a lot more neater to look at.
Round 2:-
4 Single Crochets in the Chain 5 space.
Chain 4 and slip stitch to the first Chain.
This will give you the picot stitch which makes a lovely pointy loop to the corners.
Continue with 4 single crochets in the same chain 5 space.
Skip the Double Crochets and jump to the following chain 5 loop and repeat (Chain 4,(picot)Chain 4).
Repeat all around.
Once you reach the end slip stitch on the first single crochet.
Round 3:-
To make the loop to hang the ornament, Chain 10 and slip stitch to the first stitch.
That's all!!!! they look cute....don't they!!!!
Make as many as you please , coz they hardly take any time to whip up!!!!!
I hope you enjoy making them.....Happy Crocheting!!!!!!
