Give them a nice finishing touch by adding a little charm.... button ..... a stain ribbon ... or a flower applique!!!!

Materials Used:-
  • Eyelash Yarn
  • 4mm Crochet Hook

Here is the video tutorial:-

I recently did a guest post of Mini Gift Bag for Marie at Undergroundcrafter. Do Visit her to checkout the full pattern.

Let's Start!!!!!

Start with a slip knot.

Chain 11.
You can adjust the size of your bag by increasing or decreasing these starting chains.

1 Single Crochet in the second chain from the hook.

1 Single crochet each in the remaining stitches untill the last stitch.

3 Single Crochet in the last stitch.

Turn your work and make 1 Single Crochet each in rest of the stitches on the opposite side untill the last stitch.
3 Single crochet in the last stitch.

Slip stitch into the 1st single crochet.

Now we will be working in continuous rounds.

1 single crochet in each stitch around untill you reach the height required.

Handle:-
To make the handle, Chain 20, from one side of the bag.
Slip stitch into the other side. Be sure to make the slip stitch right into the middle of the opposite side.
Chain 1 and turn.
1 Single Crochet on each of the stitches on the handle.
Slip stitch to end and weave off the yarn.

I made one with a Cotton Knitting yarn.

Fill them up and they are ready to be gifted.

  1. Absolutely delightful. I see them in Christmas colours for the tree, Easter colours for the egg hunt and pastels for the summer picnics. Thank you so much.

  2. I love these, they are so cute and simple. I play Bunco and I could see me making one for each of the ladies filled with treats to take home after the game.
