Crochet Blankets with Chunky and Bulky yarns make the most quickest blanket. When you combine the thicker yarns with a Quick and Easy to go Stitch Pattern, then you can have a Finished Blanket in no time at all.
Today am sharing the pattern for a Easy Herringbone Double Crochet Stitch Blanket. The Herringbone Double Crochet stitch is a lovely stitch that creates a beautiful textured pattern. Its a easy stitch pattern that doesn't have a stitch multiple and can be started off with any number of chains. You can make it as big as is required for a Crochet Blanket or make a small swatch that can be used as an Crochet Dishcloth.
The stitch is Worked similarly to a regular double crochet stitch. The only difference is one little Slip Stich and the Chain which is made in between the stitch itself. Its a fun stitch you will enjoy crocheting.
