How To Crochet A Easy Sieve Stitch Blanket



Crochet Blanket made with simple stitches are great make if you are in a mood for a mindless project. A Crocheted Blanket in itself is a very versatile project. You can use a complex stitch pattern or a simple stitch pattern to be awarded with a beautiful comforting and cozy blanket.

Today am sharing the tutorial on How To Crochet A Easy Sieve Stitch Blanket. This is easy and fast crochet blanket pattern which is made utilizing just single crochet and chain stitches. This stitch pattern is very beginner friendly and a relaxing stitch for a experienced crocheter.

This is a two row repeat pattern and works up really quick. This stitch pattern involves alternating between creating spaces with Chain stitches and filling them in the next row with Single Crochets. This creates a lovely textured finish.




Materials Used:-
Worsted Weight Yarn
4 mm Crochet Hook

Size:-
40 inches- Customizable to any size

Let's Start:-

Round 1:-
Start with a Slip Knot.
Chain 100.
You can adjust the size of the blanket by altering these stitches according to your requirement.
Start with any number Even number of Chains.

Round 2:-
1 Single Crochet in the 2nd Chain from the hook.
1 Single Crochet each in the remaining stitches.
Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.

Round 3:-
1 Single Crochet in the 1st stitch.
Chain 1.
Skip 1 Stitch.
1 Single Crochet in the next stitch.
Chain 1.
Skip 1
Repeat(1SC,Ch1,Sk1)
Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.

Round 4:-
**This Round we will be working only into the Chain 1 spaces.
2 Single Crochets into each of the Chain 1 Space.
1 Single Crochet in the last Stitch.
Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.

Round 5 Onwards:-
Keep repeating Round 3 and Round 4 untill the size needed and weave off.
