A Few Tips Before You Start:-

• Keep your tension fairly relaxed so the texture has room to show. If your stitches are too tight, the fabric can become stiff and the beautiful griddle texture may be harder to see.
• This stitch also looks especially pretty when you change colors every few rows. The horizontal color bands help highlight the texture and give the finished piece a modern, handmade look.
• Remember that your Chain 1 at the beginning of the row does not count as a stitch. Always place your first single crochet directly into the first stitch at the base of your turning chain.
• If you tend to lose track of the final stitch of the row (especially that last double crochet), place a stitch marker in the first and last stitch of every row.

Start with a Slip Knot.

Chain 21.

You can adjust the size by altering these stitches according to your requirement.

Start with any Odd number of Chains.

Round 2:-

1 Single Crochet in the Second Chain from the hook.

1 Double Crochet in the next stitch.

Repeat(1SC,1DC)

Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.

Round 3:-

1 Single Crochet in the 1st stitch.

1 Double Crochet in the next stitch.

Repeat(1SC,1DC)

Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.

Round 4 Onwards:-

Keep Repeating Round 3 untill the size needed and weave off.
