Enchanting Crochet Flower Doily



Crocheted doilies are always very popular. Crochet doily patterns are great for decorating any corner of your home. Use bright vibrant colors or any light pastel colors and these would instantly brighten up the ambiance of your home decor.

I love making Lace Doilies. They sure do look so attractively delicate and intricate. Today am sharing the pattern for Enchanting Flower Edge Doily. This crochet design very is easy to make and works up pretty quick and you can customize to any size of your choice .You can use any combination of your favorite colors.




Materials Used:-
3 Ply Cotton Yarn
3mm Crochet Hook

Size:-  14 inches(Can be customized to any size)

Here is the Video Tutorial:-



Round 1:-
Start with a Magic Circle. Chain 3 (Not counted as a stitch)
20 Treble Crochets in the Magic Circle.
Slip stitch on top of the first Treble Crochet.

                     

                

Round 2:-
Chain 5.
1 Single Crochet in the next stitch.
Repeat*(Chain 5,1 SC)
Once you reach the end, Chain 3 and 1 Double Crochet into the first Chain space. (This is the connecting increase stitch)

Round 3:-
Chain 5.
I Single Crochet in the next chain space.
Repeat*(Chain 5, 1SC).
To end the round, Chain 3, and 1 Double Crochet on the Double Crochet from the previous round.

Round 4,5 and 6:-
Repeat Round 3

If you wish to make your Doily bigger, you can repeating Round 3 untill you reach the size needed.

To end the Round 6, Chain 5 and slip stitch on the Double Crochet.


Round 7:-
Slip stitch into the chain space.
3 Single Crochets, Chain 3 Picot, 3 Single Crochets.(all in the same space)
Repeat(3SC,Ch3 Picot,3SC)
Slip stitch on top of the first Single Crochet.


Round 8:-
Slip stitch into each stitch untill you reach the Picot.
Chain 1, 1 Single Crochet into the Picot Stitch.
Chain 5
1 Single Crochet into the next Picot Stitch.
Repeat(Ch5, 1SC(into the next Picot))
To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.



Round 9:-
Chain 1, 1 Single Crochet, Chain 3 Picot
Chain 7
1 Single Crochet into the next loop.
Repeat(Chain 3 Picot, Chain 7, 1 SC(into the next chain space))
To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.


Round 10:-
Chain 3 Picot, 
Chain 8
1 Single Crochet into the next loop.
Repeat(Chain 3 Picot, Chain 8, 1 SC(into the next chain space))
To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.


Round 11:-
Slip Stitch into the chain space and Chain 2(not counted as a stitch)
7 Double Crochets 
Chain 3.
Repeat(7DC, Ch3)
Slip stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.


Round 12:-
Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch)
1 Double Crochet in each of the 7 Double Crochets.
3 Double Crochets in the Chain space.
Repeat((1DC*7), 3DC)
Slip stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.
Change color while making the slip stitch.

Round 13:-
Chain 7
Slip stitch into the same stitch.
Slip stitch into the ring.
Chain 3,1 Double Crochet Cluster, Chain 3, 1 Single Crochet into the ring.(This makes 1 Petal)
Repeat(Ch 3, 1DC Cluster, Ch 3, 1 SC) untill you have total 5 petals.
1 Single Crochet each in to next 10 stitches.
Repeat(1 Flower Petal, 1 SC*10)
Slip stitch and weave off.






Here is the Summary of the pattern:-

Round 1:-

To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.

Round 9:-
Chain 1, 1 Single Crochet, Chain 3 Picot
Chain 7
1 Single Crochet into the next loop.
Repeat(Chain 3 Picot, Chain 7, 1 SC(into the next chain space))
To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.

Round 10:-
Chain 3 Picot, 
Chain 8
1 Single Crochet into the next loop.
Repeat(Chain 3 Picot, Chain 8, 1 SC(into the next chain space))
To end this round, Chain 3, 1 Treble Crochet into the first Picot.

Round 11:-
Slip Stitch into the chain space and Chain 2(not counted as a stitch)
7 Double Crochets 
Chain 3.
Repeat(7DC, Ch3)
Slip stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.

Round 12:-
Chain 2(Not Counted as a stitch)
1 Double Crochet in each of the 7 Double Crochets.
3 Double Crochets in the Chain space.
Repeat((1DC*7), 3DC)
Slip stitch on top of the first Double Crochet.
Change color while making the slip stitch.

Round 13:-
Chain 7
Slip stitch into the same stitch.
Slip stitch into the ring.
Chain 3,1 Double Crochet Cluster, Chain 3, 1 Single Crochet into the ring.(This makes 1 Petal)
Repeat(Ch 3, 1DC Cluster, Ch 3, 1 SC) untill you have total 5 petals.
1 Single Crochet each in to next 10 stitches.
