Quick and Easy Crochet Texture Blanket

One of the best things about crochet is that you can make and create handmade useful functional and beautiful crochet projects. Crochet blankets are always a popular choice among crocheters , be a beginner or a experienced Crocheter. You can combine multiple crochet stitches and make a pretty textured crochet blanket. You can easily make them as small as you want, or as large as you want. 

If you are looking for a cozy and simple blanket, then look no further. Today am sharing the pattern for Quick and Easy Crochet Texture Blanket. This pattern uses a combination of Single Crochet , Half Double Crochet and Double Crochet, worked in one stitch to create a pretty elegant textured pattern. This stitch looks amazing in all yarns and weights so its great for crochet in  any of your favorite yarns. Just be sure to adjust your hook size as necessary.




Materials Used:-
8 Ply Cotton Yarn
4 mm Crochet Hook

Size:-
35 inches- Customizable to any size

Let's Start...!!!

Round 1:-
Start with a Slip Knot.
Chain 100 (i.e. 99 Chains + 1 Chain for the turning chain)
This measures around 35 inches.
You can adjust the size of the blanket by altering these stitches according to your requirement.
Start with any multiple of 3 + 1 Chain for the turning chain. 



Round 2:-
1 Half Double Crochet in the Second Chain from the hook.
1 Half Double Crochet each in the remaining stitches.
Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn.



Round 3:-
(1 Single Crochet , 1 Half Double Crochet, 1 Double Crochet) - make all these stitches in the first stitch.
Skip 2 stitches.
In the next stitch make (1 Single Crochet , 1 Half Double Crochet, 1 Double Crochet)
Repeat((1SC,1HDC,1DC), skip 2)
1 Single Crochet in the last stitch.
Chain 1 and turn your project.




Round 4:-
(1 Single Crochet , 1 Half Double Crochet, 1 Double Crochet) - make all these stitches in the first stitch.
Skip 2 stitches.
in the next stitch(i.e. the Single Crochet from the previous round) make (1 Single Crochet , 1 Half Double Crochet, 1 Double Crochet)
Repeat((1SC,1HDC,1DC), skip 2)
1 Single Crochet in the last stitch.
Chain 1 and turn your project.





Round 5 Onwards:-
Keep repeating Round 4 untill the size needed.




Here is the Summary of the Pattern:-

Round 1:-

in the next St(i.e. the SC from the previous round) make (1 SC , 1 HDC, 1 DC)
Repeat((1SC,1HDC,1DC), skip 2)
1 SC in the last St.
Ch 1 and turn your project.

Round 5 Onwards:-
Keep repeating Round 4 untill the size needed.
