Easy to Make One Row Repeat Crochet Blanket



Crochet Blanket Patterns with just One Row Repeat are the most easiest and fun project to whip up. Crocheted Blanket patterns are always a popular choice for gift giving. There are many Stitch Variations you can use and customize to make a Cozy Crochet Blanket. Even with simple stitches you can make a beautiful themed crochet blanket suitable for any occasion.

Here is the pattern for a quick and Easy to Make Once Row Repeat Crochet Blanket. The Pattern is made with simple stitches worked in combination. Once the foundation base is made, after that it a repeat of just one round. This makes it a fuss free pattern to make. You can easily alter the blanket size to your liking by changing the number of starting chain stitches.

Materials Used:-
8 Ply Cotton Yarn 
4 mm Crochet Hook

Size:-
36 inches- Customizable to any size

Let's Start:-

Round 1:-
Start with a Slip Knot.
Chain 96 + 2 Chains for the turning Chain.
This measures around 36 inches.
You can adjust the size of the blanket by altering these stitches according to your requirement.
Start with any multiple of 4 + 2 chain extra for the turning chain.



Round 2:-
1 Single Crochet in the Second Chain from the hook.
1 Single Crochet each in the remaining stitches.
Once you reach end, Chain 1 and turn your work.




Round 3:-
1 Single Crochet in the first stitch.
Chain 3.
3 Double Crochets in the same stitch( i.e. same as the Single Crochet)
Skip 3 Stitches
Repeat((1SC, Ch3 ,3DC)-all in the same stitch), Skip 3)
1 Single Crochet in the last stitch.
Once you reach the end, Chain 1 and turn your work.








Round 4:-
This round onwards we will be working only in the Chain 3 spaces.
Skip the starting 3 Double Crochets. Start working in the Chain 3 space.
1 Single Crochet.
Chain 3.
3 Double Crochets.
Repeat (1SC,Ch3,3DC) in each of the Chain 3 spaces.
1 Single Crochet in the last Chain 3 space.
Chain 1 and Turn your project.







Round 5:-
1 Single Crochet in the first stitch.
Chain 3.
3 Double Crochets in the same stitch( i.e. same as the Single Crochet)
Skip 3 Double Crochets. Start working in the Chain 3 space.
Repeat((1SC, Ch3 ,3DC)-all in the same stitch), Skip 3) in each of the Chain 3 spaces.
1 Single Crochet in the Chain 3 space.
Chain 1 and turn your work.


Round 6 Onwards:-
Keep repeating Round 5 untill the size needed and weave off.


Here is the Summary of the Pattern:-

Round 1:-

Repeat (1SC,Ch3,3DC) in each of the Ch 3 Sps.
1 SC in the last Ch 3 Sp.
Ch 1 and Turn your project.

Round 5:-
1 SC in the first St.
Ch 3.
3 DCs in the same St( i.e. same as the SC)
Sk 3 DCs. Start working in the Ch 3 Sp.
Repeat((1SC, Ch3 ,3DC)-all in the same St), Sk 3) in each of the Ch 3 Sps.
1 SC in the Ch 3 Sp.
Ch 1 and turn your work.

Round 6 Onwards:-
Keep repeating Round 5 untill the size needed and weave off.

  1. I have some yarn that I purchased two years ago and began doing this pattern. When I moved I no longer had the pattern nor could remember it UNTIL I came across your site - MY LUCKY DAYS! I can now pick up the yarn and finish my afghan!!! Thank you for showing the live version plus giving the pattern in total at the end!
    Now I am anxious to try your other patterns.
